          Innovative Health Systems is located at the north end of White Plains at Seven Holland Avenue, 2nd Floor, just west of North Broadway (Route 22), 1/4 mile north of I-287 (Cross Westchester Expressway, Exit 6) and 1/4 block from the south end of the North White Plains (Metro-North) train station.

Directions by automobile:

          Bronx River Parkway -  North or South to Exit 24, Fisher Lane.  Proceed under the trestle one more block to North Broadway (Post Office on the left). Right on North Broadway to  Holland Avenue (the next traffic light). Turn right on Holland Avenue to second building on the left (7-11 Holland Avenue), a two story orange brick building. Enter parking area and park on the far left in one of the IHS designated spaces. Enter No. 7 in rear of parking lot.

          I-287 (Cross Westchester Expressway) -                  Eastbound: Exit 6, turn left at light proceed to second traffic light (Holland Avenue), turn left to  second building on the left (7-11 Holland Avenue), a two story orange brick building. Enter parking area and park on the far left in one of the IHS designated spaces. Enter No. 7 in rear of parking lot.                             

Westbound: Exit 6, turn left at light, proceed to next traffic light (Route 22, North Broadway) and turn right. Proceed 1/4 mile to next traffic light (Holland Avenue). Turn left on Holland Avenue to second building on the left (7-11 Holland Avenue), a two story orange brick building. Enter parking area and park on the far left in one of the IHS designated spaces. Enter No. 7 in rear of parking lot.                            

Directions by surface transportation:

          Northbound: The No. 6 Bee Line bus to Pleasantville travels from Getty Square (Yonkers) to the Transit Center in White Plains and proceeds to the Holland Avenue bus stop. Cross North Broadway and walk West to 7 Holland Avenue, a two story orange brick building.on the left side of the street. Enter No. 7 in rear of parking lot.                 

          Southbound: The No. 6 Bee Line bus to Getty Square (Yonkers) stops at Glenn Street. Walk one block South to Holland Avenue, turn right and walk West to 7 Holland Avenue,  a two story orange brick building on the left side of the street. Enter No. 7 in rear of parking lot.
